Phygital (3D-Printable) NFTs

You get access to a 3D model available to use at Web 3.0 platforms.

Please check your profile after the purchase to get access to the file.

You also get opportunity to order a physical version of this design product at IMAGENERIA which will have a code incorporated into the physical version, verifying its uniqueness and identity.

When purchasing a phygital NFT, you get access to a digital 3D asset right after your NFT purchase is complete.

When you order a physical version of your design product, please allow 2-4 weeks (depending on a type of design and your location) to get your product manufactured and delivered to you.

Your phygital NFTs are delivered digitally straight to your wallet. your 3D design is becoming available to use in your account at IMAGENERIA.

For the physical real-world designs, we use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

1. Choose your favorite design, order it and pay. In several minutes after your purchase, you will get access to your 3D-printable file in your profile.


2. Choose a physical (manufactured) design product. For now, we offer manufacturing for selected designs.


Choose desirable material, color, and size.


Please allow 2-4 weeks depending on the material and a production process, to deliver the ready product.

 

Manufacturing & Shipping FAQs

How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders. Packages will arrive to your door via DHL or UPS.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

You will not have to pay additional duty fees beyond the product price.

When will my purchase ship?

We want you to have your physical product as soon as possible, so manufacturing typically takes 2-4 weeks.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location, please check the country list below for information.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. 

What's your return policy?

Your satisfaction is great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send a return request to hello@imageneria.com within 14 days of delivery, our team will assist you.
